Find a real estate expert photographer
I have more than 20 years of
experience in photography and shooting properties for some of the most
important realtors and brokers in the city, helping to sell thousands of homes.
My work appears regularly at Toronto Star, The Globe and Mail and National
Post.
Toronto-Pix has grown to provide
the best quality and excellent real
estate professional photography customer service.
When I shoot a property, I
imagine myself as a potential home buyer, shooting in such a way that people
come to see the listing. I present the most interesting details, the best
angles, the most attractive light and the essence of space. I make people feel
that I could live there. So I do not just take pictures, I help sell the house.
I strive to delight my clients, and I always act in people's homes as I
expected them to act in mine, with the greatest respect.
Photography has never been more
important in the sale of real estate than at present. The market is getting hot
again and demand for real estate has created the demand for photography. This
is good news for photographers, but like in any business, there is a lot of
competition. If you are new to real
estate photography and architecture, here are some general guidelines to
start on the right path.
The first image that a potential
buyer sees when reviewing properties online is an exterior photo. That photo is
important, so take the time to find the best angle and the best light. Ask the
real estate agent what are the important features to highlight. Generally, they
want exterior photographs of the front and back, a terrace or patio, gardens
and gardens, swimming pool or Jacuzzi, a barn, a store or other dependencies.
Each feature should be emphasized in the composition using the surroundings, as
beautiful gardens that lead to a cool garden shed.
